Living style that suits you.

Condo living suits many different people who are looking for the convenience. Weather you are looking for an highrise with amazing views, or townhouse with space, or a one of a kind unique loft, condo living is your answer.

Highrise Condo

Apartment style condos that rise into the sky. Most buildings feature large list of amenities (concierge, gym, etc).

Lowrise Townhouse

Closest you can get to a freehold house but without all the maintenance. Considered the best of both worlds.

Hard or Soft Loft

Built with another purpose, then renovated into residential units. Most feature industrial styling such as exposed ductwork, high ceilings, and open spaces.

While some buildings pride themselves on having no amenities (lowers long term condo fees), other buildings are loaded with them. From full service concierge, BMW 5series limo service, full theatre, full gym (with personal trainer), security staff, outdoor and indoor rooftop pools, valet parking,

the list goes on. While not all buildings are the same, sometimes the little amenities like elevator service, heated underground parking, garbage service, and a front lobby are all you really need. Not to mention these are the first things you start to miss when you move and do not have them.
